Home visit fee guide

CONSULTATIONS - $180

For NDIS self- and plan-managed participants and Home Care Packages

​

• 45 min 1:1 Physiotherapy treatment and/or carer training

• 15 min: documentation, communication with other stakeholders (e.g. relevant carers, health professionals involved in the care of the client)

• Price includes <10km of travel from St Albans and Caroline Springs to the client’s home or any other location of choice (e.g. gym or pool)

 REPORT WRITING AND NON-CLINICAL SERVICES  - $180 per hour

​

• Report writing includes (a) comprehensive report which documents the client’s progress, barriers, goals, recommendations, and supports for next plan review; (b) justification letters to request for assistive technology and mobility aids, and funding for additional therapy sessions.

• Liaison with Support Coordinators, providers and health team regarding client care

 TRAVEL BEYOND 10 KILOMETRES 

​

To ensure that we can continue providing top-quality care while managing travel costs, for visits beyond the 10km radius, we apply a small travel fee of $10 for every additional 10km.

Therefore, 11-20 km from St Albans and Caroline Springs will incur a charge of $190, and 21-30km is $200.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made will less than 24 hours may incur a $100 fee.

In the event that there is a “no-show”, whereby the client is not present for their appointment, the therapist will contact the client and/or next of kin and the full fee schedule will be charged.

However, please reach out to discuss any special circumstances as we understand that unexpected circumstances and situations can arise.
